Braselton is one of the most geographically unusual towns in Georgia — the town limits cross four county lines (Jackson, Hall, Gwinnett, and Barrow). For a roofer, that's not trivia. It means a homeowner two streets away from another can be in a completely different permitting jurisdiction, with different fee structures and different inspection authorities. We've been navigating this four-county complexity since Josh Bishop first started the company in 2014, working in and around Château Élan.
Verified severe-weather events have hit Braselton repeatedly. On June 12, 2025, the National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning that specifically named Braselton, with 60 mph wind gusts and damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Hurricane Helene (September 2024) drove a wave of insurance claim activity throughout Jackson and Hall counties. Most of the homes we work on here were built between 1994 and the early 2010s — the prime window for shingles that are now hitting their first full-replacement cycle.
Neighborhoods we've served in Braselton: Château Élan Estates, Reunion Country Club, Mulberry Park, Liberty Park, downtown Braselton, and Traditions of Braselton.
